Neend Kyun Nahi Aati? Zehni Sukoon aur Pur-sukoon Neend Pane Ke Liye Behtareen Qurani Aur Masnoon Duain
Aaj ki bhag-dor bhari zindagi mein zehni sukoon (mental peace) ek nayab cheez ban chuki hai. Din bhar ki thakawat ke baad jab hum bistar par jate hain, toh dimag mein chalne wale hazaron sawal aur pareshaniyan hamein sone nahi detin. Agar aap bhi neend ki kami ya pur-khauf khwabon se pareshan hain, toh Islam hamein iska nihayat hi pyara aur roohani hal batata hai.
Neend Na Aane Ki Wajohaat Aur Roohani Hal
Medical science ke mutabiq stress aur anxiety neend na aane ki bari wajah hai. Lekin Allah ka zikr ek aisi dawa hai jo seedha dil aur dimaag par asar karti hai. Quran-e-Pak mein irshad hai: "Beshak Allah ke zikr mein hi dilon ka sukoon hai." (Surah Ar-Ra'd).
Pur-sukoon Neend Ke Liye Masnoon Duain
Jab neend na aa rahi ho toh niche di gayi duain aur azkar aapke liye bohat mufeed sabit ho sakte hain:
1. Sone Ki Masnoon Dua:
Sabse pehle wahi dua parhein jo Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) parha karte the:
اللّٰهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
(Aye Allah! Main Tere naam ke saath marta aur jeeta hoon).
Yeh dua dimaag ko is baat par raazi karti hai ke ab hum Allah ki hifazat mein hain.

اللّٰهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
(Aye Allah! Main Tere naam ke saath marta aur jeeta hoon).

2. Zehni Sukoon Ke Liye Dua:
Agar anxiety zyada ho toh yeh dua parhein:
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ، وَرَبَّ الأَرَضِينَ وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ...
(Aye Allah! Saaton aasmanon ke Rab... Tu mujhe apni hifazat mein le le).
Agar anxiety zyada ho toh yeh dua parhein:
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ، وَرَبَّ الأَرَضِينَ وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ...
(Aye Allah! Saaton aasmanon ke Rab... Tu mujhe apni hifazat mein le le).
3. Ayatul Kursi Ki Tilawat:
Hadees ke mutabiq, jo shakhs sone se pehle Ayatul Kursi parhta hai, Allah ki taraf se ek farishta puri raat uski hifazat karta hai aur shaitan uske qareeb nahi aata.

Neend Pane Ke Liye Sunnah Tarika
Sirf dua hi nahi, agar hum Nabi (ﷺ) ke bataye hue tarike par amal karein toh neend khud-ba-khud behtar ho jati hai:
- Wazu Kar Ke Sona: Bawazu sone se rooh ko pakizgi milti hai aur bure khwab nahi aate.
- Bistar Jhaarna: Sunnah ke mutabiq bistar ko teen baar jhaarne se keere-makore aur mozi cheezon se hifazat rehti hai.
- Dain (Right) Karwat Par Letna: Yeh jism aur dil ke liye medical point of view se bhi behtareen position hai.
Ikhtitam
Neend Allah ki ek bari nemat hai. Agar aap dawayon ke bajaye in roohani tarikon ko apnayenge, toh na sirf aapko neend achi aayegi balki aap subha uth kar tazgi (freshness) mehsoos karenge. Apni har raat ko Allah ke zikr se munawwar karein taake aapka har pal ibadat ban jaye.
