Ashra-e-Mubashra un 10 Sahaba-e-Karam (رضی اللہ عنہم) ko kaha jata hai jinhein Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne apni zindagi mein hi Jannat ki basharat di۔

Ashra-e-Mubashra are the ten blessed companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ who were given the glad tidings of Paradise during their lifetime.

The Generosity of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A)

غزوۂ تبوک کے موقع پر جب نبی کریم ﷺ نے اللہ کی راہ میں مال خرچ کرنے کی ترغیب دی، تو حضرت عمر فاروقؓ اپنے گھر کا آدھا مال لے آئے۔ انہوں نے سوچا کہ آج شاید وہ حضرت ابو بکر صدیقؓ سے آگے نکل جائیں گے۔

لیکن جب حضرت ابو بکر صدیقؓ آئے تو وہ اپنا سارا مال لے آئے تھے۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پوچھا:

"ابو بکر! گھر والوں کے لیے کیا چھوڑا؟"

حضرت ابو بکر صدیقؓ نے عاجزی سے جواب دیا:

"اللہ اور اس کا رسول ﷺ ان کے لیے کافی ہیں۔"

During the time of the Battle of Tabook, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ encouraged the Muslims to spend in the way of Allah. Hazrat Umar Farooq (R.A) brought half of his wealth and thought that perhaps today he would surpass Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A).

But when Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (R.A) arrived, he brought all of his belongings. The Prophet ﷺ asked:

“Abu Bakr! What have you left for your family?”

Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) humbly replied:

“I have left Allah and His Messenger ﷺ for them.”

اس واقعے سے ہمیں یہ سبق ملتا ہے کہ اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے سے مال کم نہیں ہوتا بلکہ ایمان اور درجات میں اضافہ ہوتا ہے۔ ہمیں چاہیے کہ مشکل وقت میں اپنے مسلمان بھائیوں کی مدد کریں۔

This story teaches us that spending in the way of Allah never decreases wealth. Instead, it increases faith and raises our status in the sight of Allah. We should always help our Muslim brothers and sisters in difficult times.
